✅ All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once your payment is confirmed and your product is delivered via download or access, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
❗ Exceptions
We only make exceptions under the following rare circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same item.
- You did not receive access to the product within 24 hours and our support team failed to respond.
- There was a critical error or defect with the product that cannot be resolved.

🔁 Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours of the second purchase. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate charge only.
🔒 Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact your payment provider immediately. We will cooperate fully with your bank or credit card issuer during the investigation.
